For Mental Well Being, Take Prozac! (the boat)

My husband's philosophy on his mental well being is "Better living through chemistry", my opinion often differs from his. I believe a couple hours on the water is the best mental therapy!

Prozac - "a drug used in the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic attacks, ..."!

Have you seen this boat? I've seen this boat wasting away beside the house of some poor, depressed soul in Wake, Virginia. I say, "Fix'er up Buddy and get on the water, it's a guaranteed remedy for your Winter blues and will improve your mental well being!" It's MY Prozac! You named the boat, you know it's true. ...just remember....

Prozac (fluoxetine) may intensify the effects of alcohol, so if you choose to drink while on "Prozac", drink in moderation and be aware of the effects the medication may have on your body and motor skills.

Gloucester, VA; Annual Daffodil Festival

The 24th Annual Daffodil Festival in Gloucester, Virginia is this weekend; March 27 and 28, 2010. Spring is in the air and the daffodils are in bloom. The Daffodil Festival is always a welcome to Spring and fun for all ages. There are arts and crafts, food of all sorts, parades, contests, music and much more.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate for the many vendors and participants. The forecast says Saturday should be clear with a high of 49 degrees and Sunday there is a 30% chance of rain with a high of 58 degrees.
