Stephen Blue donates his time and efforts with his gift of lights! |
Tis the Season and Stephen Blue is hard at work setting up a lighted display on Route 33 in Deltaville, Virginia. It is a magnificent display that has expanded every year since Stephen was twelve (12) years old, according to his website
Deltaville Lights. Yes, he has even dedicated a website to his Christmas light efforts. What started as a modest 700 light display outside his home, has grown to a massive annual tradition with more than 80,000 lights displayed in the heart of town for all to enjoy. In 2009, Stephen animated his display with synchronized lights through 144 channels of computer control. Please enjoy this You Tube video boasting his achievements:

If you are looking for something to do this holiday season, a trip to Deltaville should be on your list of things to do. What an extraordinary gift this is to the small boating community of Deltaville, VA. Thank you, Stephen!
